A key factor in Crossroads Institute's neurodevelopment approach is that we consider not only the the basic neurodevelopment growth of the child, but also take into account the "emerging" personality.

Each individual at birth has a core personality which shapes their perception of life. Based upon environmental demands each individual learns how to assert their will in order to achieve what they feel they want.

This shaping "biases" our personality development, both positively and negatively.

At Crossroads Institute we consider these personality measures, which we can then aid the parents in their understanding of their child by providing guidance. This guidance can then help the child learn how to balanced their personality to be more effective in achieving their ultimate lifetime goals.
