The first part begins with a review of a client's developmental, medical, educational, and social history. This is followed by a functional-development evaluation in the receptive areas of visual, auditory, and tactile competence, and in the expressive areas of language, mobility, and manual competence. The evaluation also includes an assessment of educational function using standardized achievement tests, an evaluation of social-behavioral function and a family interview.
A qEEG brain map is obtained, where the client's brain wave signatures are compared to an FDA approved database of age appropriate norms. This part of the assessment determines which part of the Central Nervous System is functioning within normal ranges for their age group and which parts are not.

The data from the collection phase evaluation is reviewed and analyzed. A detailed and a very specific program for the client is then created. The program includes exercises for neurological development, fine and gross motor function, receptive and expressive language, vision, hearing, tactility, perceptual and sensory training, educational development, social development, and behavior management.

Parent/Client Assessment Review
The next meeting is with the client or parent of the client and our staff developmentalist. This meeting includes reviewing the developmental profile and results from the qEEG brain map. During this meeting we conduct a frank and honest discussion concerning the impact of the findings and even more important, ways of correcting the problem.

Initial Teaching of the Home Training Program
The assessment review is followed up with a one on one training session for individuals who will be involved with the implementation of the program. The client will receive their individualized neurodevelopment program, and instructions on how to perform the exercises. During this crucial session you learn all the ins and outs of the exercises which are required to unlock the desired potential.

Follow-up Review and Monthly Monitoring
Following the training session, individuals implement the program within the home, school, or clinic for one week. A follow up appointment is made so that you can demonstrate the exercises and go over any questions your may have.
The purpose of the monitoring review is to make certain that the program is carried out as proposed and to answer all questions.
Your progress is monitored and measured during monthly meetings with your developmental specialist. their During these meeting you are requested to submit monthly progress reports to be reviewed your consultant. Individuals responsible for implementing the program are encouraged to keep in close contact with their developmentalist between evaluations.
