The Neurodevelopmental Spectrum

The Spectrum describes how our functional brain systems are integrated and defines our ability to learn and adapt to our environment.

Where we are on the Spectrum defines our brain's ability to attend, remember, interpret feelings, coordinate and apply our reasoning ability.

Where we are on the spectrum should be viewed as a process along the continuum that progresses over time.

As we interact with our environmental surroundings we stop at different points along the continuum. Where we stop defines our ability to adapt to life situations.

The assessment determines where your child is on the developmental spectrum and the presence or absence of developmental delay, the presence or absence of ADD/ADHD and other associated learning and neurological issues.

Documentation of areas of cognitive dysfunction is then provided by way of a brain map and numerical findings.

Then based on the assessments, the results of a brain map and a detailed medical history recommendations are provided to parents, schools, and attending physicians.

Please feel free to navigate our site for more information about where your child is on the spectrum for ADD/ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities.
